How To Uninstall Avast Using Avast Clearx?


Avast clear is a standalone program or tool that scans your computer for Avast products and uninstall traces of them. In such a case, you can use the Avast removal tool, which is the utility Avast clear to uninstall Avast from your system.

Here are steps to uninstall Avast from your desktop using the avast uninstaller (avast clear)

STEP 1:Download avastclear.exe on your desktop.

STEP 2:Start Windows in safe mode.

STEP 3:open (execute) the uninstall utility

STEP 4:If your Avast was installed in a different folder, this means you have to browse for it (Note: be careful, the content of any folder you select will be deleted).

STEP 5: Click remove.

STEP 6:Restart your computer.

After your PC restarts, Avast Antivirus is automatically removed from your computer. However, note that Avast no longer shields your PC against malware and other threats.
